working principle:

When the two rotors rotate in the opposite direction synchronously, the volume cavity periodically changes from small to large - from large to small to achieve the purpose of conveying fluid. The flow rate of the pump depends on the volume of the working chamber and its changing frequency in unit time, but (theoretically) has nothing to do with the discharge pressure; Driven by the transmission shaft, two rotors (rotor blades are 1-8) rotate in the opposite direction synchronously. In the process of rotation, the volume at the inlet increases from small to large to produce suction (vacuum degree) to absorb materials. The principle of magnetic pump is to use the magnetic field to attract the magnetic chemical substances and the magnetic field or electromagnetic field with magnetic effect; It is not that magnetic chemicals do not harm or very little harm the size of magnetic force, so they can transmit driving force through non-magnetic electric conductor (isolation sleeve) without touching. This kind of transmission system is called magnetic coupling. The motor of the diesel engine rotor pump manufacturer is connected with the outer magnetic steel according to the coupling, and the centrifugal impeller is connected with the inner magnetic steel. A sealed isolation sleeve is set between the outer magnetic steel and the inner magnetic steel to completely separate the inner and outer magnetic steel, so that the inner magnetic steel is in the material. According to the adsorption force of the magnetic field between the magnetic steel, the drive shaft of the motor immediately drives the centrifugal impeller to rotate at the same time. Its key advantages: because the rotating shaft does not need to penetrate into the pump body, it only uses the electromagnetic field to push the inner motor rotor through the gas gap and the torque of the thick wall transmission system of the isolation sleeve, so as to remove the leakage safety channel of the pump seal from the source and complete the complete sealing; It has over-voltage protection function when transmitting driving force; In addition to the permanent magnet materials and the equivalent circuit design scheme, some technical standards are not high; Magnetic pump maintenance and repair labor is small. The key defects are as follows: the high efficiency of magnetic pump is lower than that of centrifugal pump; The raw materials and manufacturing requirements of isolation sleeve for single layer leakage prevention are relatively high; Due to the limitation of raw materials and magnetic drive system, magnetic pump is generally used to transport materials below 100 ℃ and 1.5MPa in China; Because the wear resistance of the raw materials of the isolation sleeve is generally weak, the magnetic pump is generally used to transport materials without solid particles; When the coupling is not aligned, the rolling bearing at the inlet will be damaged and the isolation sleeve against single layer leakage will be damaged.
